Terms and Conditions for purchasing services from SC.Danubeboatride.SRL (VivaVistaDrive)

 

It is important to read the terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation to ensure that you fully understand your rights and responsibilities within the planned journey.

 

Any request made by you through the online platform represents an intention to purchase a service/package offered by S.C.DANUBEBOATRIDE.S.R.L (VivaVistaDrive).

Each request will be taken over by an operator to check availability, and you will be contacted to confirm the reservation.

Once the reservation is accepted, the service contract will be transmitted, and at this point, the terms and conditions presented here come into effect. You are obligated to sign and return the contract to our company.

 

In the event that there is no availability for the requested service (either regarding the period or available staff), our operators will offer you alternatives to meet your requirements. If none of the proposed solutions are satisfactory to you, the request will be considered closed, and the reservation will be canceled.

 

Each offer presented on our website may include certain purchasing conditions, such as conditions regarding reservation, modification, cancellation, payment, or refund of paid amounts, as well as any applicable restrictions or additional fees. S.C.DANUBEBOATRIDE.S.R.L (VivaVistaDrive) reserves the right to limit the number of available seats.

 

The cancellation or modification of the reserved service is subject to the specific terms and conditions of our partners, which are mentioned in the reservation conditions of the concluded contract.

 

The availability of offers/packages presented on our website is dynamic and may change at any time depending on the availability of partner companies. We do not assume responsibility if they cannot be updated in real-time.

 

In the event of changes to reservations, certain fees may be charged, either by our partners or even by S.C.DANUBEBOATRIDE.S.R.L, to cover the additional costs generated by these changes. The specific cancellation/modification conditions will be stipulated in the additional act of the service contract and are considered accepted upon reservation confirmation.

 

S.C.DANUBEBOTRIDE.S.R.L (VivaVistaDrive) does not assume responsibility for reserving or confirming a service that requires payment to partners involved in recreational activities or other cancellation penalties.

 

In the event of non-payment in full of the service provided by the due date specified in the contract, S.C.DANUBEBOATRIDE.S.R.L is not obliged to pay partners for the ordered services.

No commission is charged for accommodation reservations or tourist attraction reservations.

 

General payment conditions:

 

At the time of reservation confirmation, a minimum advance payment of 25% of the estimated total value of the purchased service will be paid, with the difference to be paid up to 20 days before the start date of the contractual period. In case the purchase is made in less than 20 days, the cancellation will result in the non-refund of total costs, except for 1-3 day tours.

 

Deviation from the applicable payment conditions on a specific reservation can only be granted with the approval of partner companies and the management of S.C.DANUBEBOATRIDE.S.R.L. We also reserve the right to charge and collect additional costs that may arise from the moment of signing the contract.

 

The advance payment, the payment difference, and additional costs (if applicable) will be paid based on a pro forma invoice by bank transfer to the account of S.C.DANUBEBOATRIDE.S.R.L. In case of additional/special costs during the contract period, you will be able to pay in cash or by card to the company representative.

 

Cancellation of a reservation is free within the first 72 hours from the time of reservation confirmation. If the cancellation is made after 72 hours, S.C.DANUBEBOATRIDE.S.R.L reserves the right to non-refund or partial refund of the advance payment or total payment depending on the conditions imposed by partners, the services offered by S.C.DANUBEBOATRIDE.S.R.L, and the bank transfer costs.

 

There will be a regulation accepted by you within the additional act of the contract, stipulating rules and specific requirements for the proper conduct of the contractual activity.

 

It is recommended to purchase travel insurance for the duration of the trip. S.C.DANUBEBOATRIDE.S.R.L does not provide travel/health insurance and does not assume their absence. In case participants have major health problems/situations requiring permanent medical assistance, you are obligated to inform S.C.DABUNEBOATRIDE.S.R.L.

 

We reserve the right to select our partners and clients.

 

Tips is not included in the purchised services.

 

Rights and benefits of clients when purchasing a tourism service:

 

Right to information:

Tourists have the right to receive complete and accurate information about the purchased tourism service before and during the contract period. This information includes details about the destination, transportation, accommodation, included activities, as well as costs and cancellation or modification policies.

Right to contract:

Tourists have the right to receive a clear and detailed contract for the purchased tourism service, containing all relevant information and providing protection in case of dispute or disagreement.

Right to safety and security:

Tourists have the right to safety and security during their journey, including safety in transportation, accommodation, and activities carried out during the tour.

Right to quality services:

Tourists have the right to receive quality services corresponding to the price paid, including adequate accommodation, comfortable and safe transportation, as well as other services included in the tourism package.

Right to compensation in case of problems or non-compliance:

If the tourism service does not meet expectations or problems arise during the journey, tourists have the right to compensation or refund, according to contractual provisions and applicable legislation.

Right to confidentiality and protection of personal data:

Tourists have the right to confidentiality and protection of personal data according to data protection laws in the country where the tourism service is provided.

 

It is important for tourists to be aware of these rights and to claim them if they believe they are being violated. In addition, they should consult and be familiar with the terms and conditions of the contract before purchasing a tourism service to avoid any potential problems or misunderstandings.
